Heather Mason (Silent Hill 3)
Description
Protagonist of Konami's Silent Hill 3. Includes Heather's original model as well as every alternative costume excluding those made for different media outlets. In the future I'd like to make the character portraits match their subsequent model, but at the moment I'm relatively new and still need to figure that out.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
