After a feud with both Solid Snake and James Bond over the most trivial of things, Fisher retired from field work and went to hone his skills at skateboarding.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
