Description
Now X will no longer sound like a little girl. Here, I've given X the best voice he's ever had, with 26 unique voice lines, primarily from Maverick Hunter X, but with a few from Mega Man X Command Mission and Mega Man X8.

it comes with a .ini that overwrites the one included with his, so make sure you back that one up if you intend on reverting back to the default X4 X voicepack.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Voicepacks folder of your game directory.
