At last TH4 and THUG bunched cargos for female CAS
In case someone mentions it, Steve Caballero's cargos are available for female CAS by default in reTHAWed, but not THPS4's or THUG's
Update: Now is uploaded as .ZIP rather than .RAR for user convenience.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/CAS folder of your game directory.Each item should have its own folder!
Installed items will show in the appropriate category of the Create-a-Skater menu.

i reuploaded it as .zip, just redownload and it should work fine. all of my future uploads will be as .zip in the future as well from now on

change the file extension from .zip to .rar
