Description
Parappa the Rapper as flat as I could get him while working as a skater, with animated face that smiles more and blinks every so often.
Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
