Also because I needed to get some kinda skater model out there while I work on other legit ones.
Extract it to the Skaters folder under UserMods.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
